Family Physician
Dr. Salem is a dedicated family physician with over a decade of experience in healthcare. He completed his medical degree at October 6 University in Egypt in 2014, then trained in Leeds, Yorkshire, in the United Kingdom, completing his residency in 2022. He worked as a family physician in Leeds for 6 years, providing comprehensive care to patients in the community, and moved to Canada in 2025 to continue his practice.
Dr. Sinmidele (Dele) Fawohunre, MD
Family Physician
Dr. Dele is an experienced family physician committed to holistic, patient-centred care, supporting his patients at every stage of their health journey. He completed his medical degree at the University of Benin, Nigeria, in 2015, and did his residency in family medicine in the UK. He has provided care in GP clinics, urgent treatment centres, inpatient wards and emergency departments, which allows him to manage a wide range of health issues with confidence and care.
Dr. Saheed Omoyajowo, MD

Dr. Saheed is a family medicine specialist with over 13 years of clinical experience caring for individuals and families at every stage of life. He completed his postgraduate specialist training in the United Kingdom and has practised in both the UK and Nigeria, bringing international experience and a culturally sensitive approach. He focuses on prevention, long-term health management and overall well-being, with a special interest in musculoskeletal (MSK) medicine and chronic disease management.

She provides comprehensive, patient-centred care for individuals and families at every stage of life, from preventive check-ups and screening to the ongoing management of chronic conditions. Dr. Fatai Akemokwe, MD
Neurologist
Dr. Akemokwe is a board-certified neurologist, a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, and licensed by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta. He earned his medical degree at the University of Benin in Nigeria and trained in internal medicine and neurology with the West African College of Physicians, then completed a neurology residency and a clinical neurophysiology fellowship at the University of Kentucky. He diagnoses and manages a wide range of neurological conditions, with particular expertise in neuromuscular and seizure disorders. He previously served as Head of Clinical Services at the Medical Research Council Unit The Gambia at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, and as Acting Head of the Department of Medicine at Igbinedion University Teaching Hospital in Nigeria. His awards include the 2015 American Academy of Neurology International Scholarship Award. Outside work, he enjoys movies, fiction and time with his family.
